Accounts of Russian and Belarusian citizens at the Argentinian bank Galicia have been inexplicably blocked and have stopped appearing in the app, according to users on social media.  According to them, the bank refuses to provide any comments or allow re-registration. At least 250 people are preparing a class-action lawsuit.
