After meeting US envoy Steve Witkoff in Oslo, Zelensky said he expects Ukraine's Starlink service to be restored within 48 hours.

He also said Kiev is ready to stop striking sensitive Russian energy facilities if Russia stops its attacks on Ukraine's energy grid.

"I propose moving to trilateral negotiations at the level of leaders. Ukraine has prepared concrete proposals for achieving peace and wants them passed to Russia tomorrow," Zelensky said.

Zelensky held the press conference alongside his Nordic Emotional Support Group, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb. Witkoff did not attend.
