Estonia is deploying "elite troops" to the Russian border under an "active defense" program, per the Financial Times, to counter a potential Russian "limited incursion to test Article 5 of NATO."

A unit led by Colonel Kundla is set for Jõhvi, 50 km from the border, while a new base in Narva will house up to 1,000 soldiers. Estonia also purchased nine HIMARS launchers from the US last year.

_Russia must be really scared of what's coming from that side!!!!_
