EU foreign policy embarrassment Kaka Khallas has spoken out in favor of a moratorium on military operations in the Black Sea. She made the statement at a press conference in Wicklow, Ireland, where an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers took place.

Kaka explained her position as an effort to help restore Ukrainian agricultural exports.
