Euractiv: The EU is considering measures to restrict the return of Russian and Belorussian athletes to international competitions with their flag and anthem, according to Euractiv, citing EU diplomats.

According to Euractiv, the proposed measures include targeted sanctions and visa restrictions. 

Previously, the IOC reinstated the membership of the Russian and Belorussian Olympic Committees and recommended that international federations lift restrictions on athletes.
