Following recent tests of ballistic missiles with cluster warheads, North Korea has now carried out test launches of cruise missiles with cluster warheads.

According to North Korea's state news agency KCNA, the cruise missiles successfully struck a target area of 5-6 hectares. A mock enemy airfield was also among the targets.

Russian forces have also started using similar warheads during the SMO on their air-launched Kh-101 and Kh-69 cruise missiles. Ukrainian sources claim that they have also been fitted to 3M14 Kalibr cruise missiles.
