As we covered yesterday, Kropiva is a suspect in "Operation Carthage," the National Anti-Corruption Bureau's investigation into a criminal organization at the Prosecutor General's Office accused of protecting fraudulent call centers and laundering the proceeds. Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, allegedly "Chief" on the same tapes, remains unaccounted for.
