**JUST IN! Polish police deny full alert is about the Constitutional Tribunal**

Poland's National Police Headquarters has "firmly denied" reports that [an October 29 letter from the Deputy Chief of Police to regional police commanders](https://t.me/DDGeopolitics/196702?single) was meant to mobilize officers over the Constitutional Tribunal standoff.

According to the police, the letter putting officers on full readiness from November 2 to 8 relates to "current threats of sabotage and subversion."

So a nationwide police alert just happens to cover the week after police entered the top court and its chief justice was suspended. And what "sabotage and subversion" do they mean exactly?
