Kazakhstani refinery will process Russian oil

A portion of the refined petroleum products will then be shipped back to Russia. This was announced by the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Akkenzhev.

> Currently, there is an agreement that up to 30% of the petroleum products will remain in Kazakhstan, and the rest will be sent to Russia. I believe these are normal conditions," he said.
