Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov says everyone is ready for a three-way meeting of the Russian, Chinese and US leaders at the APEC summit in Shenzhen, which would be the first of its kind. Much depends on the Chinese hosts fitting it into the program, and on all three leaders being in the same place at the same time.
