**Locked out of his own court, Poland's chief justice signs documents on the street**

Bogdan Święczkowski, President of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, says that until a replacement seat is found for him or he regains access to the tribunal building, he will sign his official letters to state bodies outside, in front of his supporters.
