Marko Mihkelson, a senior MP from Estonia's ruling Reform Party, claims Russia wants looting and disorder on French and Italian streets as part of its "multidimensional shadow war against the West."

This is the same Mihkelson who had to resign as chair of Estonia's parliamentary foreign affairs committee in 2022, after Estonian media reported he had taken inappropriate photos of a minor.

Mihkelson knows a thing or two about what happens in the shadows. His inappropriate photos of his stepchildren stayed there for two years before Estonian papers dragged them out.
