**Medic shows video of torture victims from military facility near Kiev, doctor and police officer let inside**

A medic at the building in Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka has shown video of people she says are being held and tortured inside. She says they have serious injuries, including necrosis.

Other footage shows people trying to break down the gates.

A doctor and a police representative have now been let inside.
