Presidential Office chief Kyrylo Budanov has admitted violating the country’s language law by speaking Russian while performing official duties and will pay a fine of $75–150. 

The violation occurred on November 2 as he addressed protesters during violent clashes outside a TCC/Azov torture facility near Kiev
