Russian forces release footage of the September 25 strike on Kiev’s Incom business center.

Incom is a large office complex in Kiev that housed infrastructure belonging to Datagroup, one of Ukraine’s major telecommunications and internet providers.

The footage appears to show the strike from the perspective of a Russian reconnaissance drone observing the target.

This demonstrates that Russian forces were monitoring the area in real time and recording the results of the attack inside the Ukrainian capital.
