Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding talks with Vietnamese President and Communist Party General Secretary To Lam at the Kremlin in Moscow.

The two leaders are discussing the further development of the **Russia-Vietnam comprehensive strategic partnership**, including trade, energy, science and education, as well as **security and defense cooperation**.

A package of bilateral agreements is expected to be adopted following the talks.
