Since overnight, restrictions on the use of Starlink terminals in Ukraine have been steadily tightening.

Odessa neo-Nazi Sergey Sternenko, former head of Right Sector's Odessa branch and ex-adviser to Ukraine's Defense Minister on drones, says the connection starts dropping once terminals move faster than 60-70 km/h.
