Spokesperson of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in his press speech noted that; 

The enemy should know that the Supreme Leader's message has breathed new life into the armed forces.

We will take action so that the enemy learns that any aggression against us will have a heavy price for them.

We have many options to neutralize the enemy; I cannot reveal them all.

Our battle is an asymmetrical one. We can strike the enemy where they least expect it, but still neutralize them.

I may not be able to mention all of them right now, but rest assured, we possess those capabilities.
