The European Commission has refused to allocate €220 million to Kiev to support farmers, according to Bloomberg, citing Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vysotsky.

Earlier, Ukraine had appealed to the EU with a request for support for the agricultural sector, in addition to the financial assistance that the bloc is already providing.
