The House has passed H.R. 5334, the "Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026," 262–159, concurring with the Senate's amendments. The Senate passed it 86–11 in August.

The bill sanctions Russian officials, companies, and financial institutions, extends existing Iran sanctions by five years, and allows tariffs of up to 100% on countries that are top purchasers of Russian oil and gas.

It now goes to Trump's desk for signature.
