The late Lindsey Graham's Democratic boyfriend, Senator Dick Blumenthal, is already trying to exploit the Democrats' midterm win to keep the war in
Ukraine going.

Blumenthal is demanding that Congress impose the Russia sanctions Trump waived, kill his diesel deal with Moscow and send Kiev more military aid, especially air defense, supposedly to bring Putin to "serious peace talks." He says he is introducing legislation to "seize this moment."

He also wants Trump's negotiators replaced, calling them "fawning pawns," and is pushing for "public interest controls" over Starlink and Starshield so that US defense and its allies don't depend on an "ego infatuated trillionaire," an obvious shot at SpaceX owner Elon Musk.
