The Russian and Ukrainian sides are fully fulfilling their commitments regarding the humanitarian mission in Alyoshki, according to the Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova 

Key points:

Lantratova stated that she is traveling to the city together with the Ukrainian representative Lubinets

The ceasefire is being observed, and no incidents have been reported;
 A large convoy of humanitarian aid has been organized, consisting of 25 buses with a minimum capacity of 750 seats;
More than 50 medical professionals are involved in the humanitarian operation.
