The Russian Armed Forces have struck infrastructure facilities in the ports of "Odessa," "Chernomorsk," and "Reni", the Russian Defense Ministry reported 

These facilities were used for the delivery and storage of military cargo and fuel, intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
