The spacecraft, launched in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense, has been placed into its designated orbit after the launch of a carrier rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.

The device has been brought under the control of ground-based assets of the Aerospace Forces' space troops, the military department reported.
