Trump freezes Graham's "sanctions from hell" on Russia for 60 days

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says President Trump's waiver of the sweeping sanctions and tariffs on Russia is a 60-day pause to assess the fallout.

"I think the President wants to take this 60-day period to analyze what imposing both sanctions and tariffs will mean for the global economy and the US economy," Rubio said.
