**Trump launches "fraud whistleblower incentive program": snitch on your neighbors, get 1%**

Trump says Americans can now go to [fraud.gov](http://fraud.gov/) to report corruption and theft of taxpayer money in their communities. "If you turn somebody in and you find $1 billion, we're giving a commission of 1%. That's a lot of money," he said.
