Ukraine's Language Commissioner Elena Ivanovskaya believes it is normal to deny medical treatment to patients who speak Russian.

According to her, medical workers approach her who are unwilling to help those who speak Russian. Ivanovskaya called this "a matter of morality."

> "The service provider can only provide the service in another language at their own discretion, since a citizen of Ukraine is not obliged to know any language other than the state language"

_Do they provide medical aid to mercs and "consultants" who don't speak Ukrainian?_
