**Ukrainians spark outrage in Oman after riding a sea turtle**

A group of Ukrainians is facing backlash in Oman after being filmed riding a sea turtle.

The Italian conservation project Biologicamente condemned the incident, stressing that sea turtles must not even be touched, let alone sat on.

According to Biologicamente, the Ukrainians were accompanying volunteers from an organisation that monitors sea turtle nesting in Oman. The project has filed a complaint against them.
