Images from Tabuk appear to show significant damage to the upper tail of flydubai flight FZ1073 following this morning’s extraordinary incident.

Reuters reports, citing an Israeli official, that a physical altercation occurred between the pilots before the aircraft plunged roughly **14,000 feet in less than 30 seconds**.

Israeli officials are now alleging that **one pilot stabbed the other and attempted to take control of the aircraft**, prompting crew members and passengers to intervene.
