Vladimir Tsenov, known as "Price," walked free a day after his arrest. Someone posted his 15 million hryvnia (about $340,000) bail right away, Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court says.

Tsenov is first deputy head of the National Police's Department of Strategic Investigations. He's charged with protecting "Criminal's" mafia.
