Zelensky has been abroad for over a week and, it seems, is not in a hurry to return says Norwegian publication Steigan

In critical moments, he prefers to stay away from the country he leads: he is currently staying in Spain, where he is meeting with Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and King Felipe.

According to the publication’s assessment, Zelensky is interested in prolonging the conflict, obtaining new Western funds, and strengthening sanctions against Russia. Another withdrawal from the negotiation process before the consultations in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11 is not ruled out.
