Indian defence tech firm IG Defence has signed an MoU with Oman-based MSA Global LLC to explore joint development and localisation of indigenous defence systems for Oman and the wider GCC region.

The collaboration will focus on three platforms:

 KAL – Long-range one-way attack UAV with a stated range of up to 1,000 km.
 BAJ – Unmanned aerial interceptor for counter-drone operations.
 JWALA – Micro-missile system under development for counter-drone applications.

The MoU was exchanged during the India–Oman Defence Industry Seminar in Muscat, facilitated by India’s Department of Defence Production and FICCI.
