Key Highlights:

After 4 Years: The top 25% of Agniveers will be eligible for absorption into the regular cadre.

Two-Year Extension: Other willing Agniveers will have the opportunity to extend their service by another two years.

After 6 Years: Those completing the extended tenure will also be eligible for regular cadre enrolment, with the same seniority as their batchmates.

Exit Benefits: Agniveers choosing not to continue will receive their Seva Nidhi package, with enhanced benefits following the six-year tenure.
