It's worth noting that back in March this year, Helali, whilst attending the funeral of a fallen soldier Evgeniy, whom he claimed was his commander, also claimed he'd signed a contract and was heading to the SVO. Evidently the recent news that he has signed a contract with Akhmat, proves that Helalis previous claim was indeed false as I highlighted at the time. 

The minimum contract term for a foreigner signing their first contract is one year, therefore it is not possible for an individual to sign two contracts in the same one year period.
