Last night, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive strike by ground-based and air-launched precision-guided weapons and long-range attack unmanned aerial vehicles on targets in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported.

As a result, Ukraine’s energy facilities in the Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov Regions that provided electricity to military-industrial enterprises and the Ukrainian army were hit.
