The Russian army has changed its tactics for massive strikes: missiles are now concentrated on a few targets, according to Ukrainian media.

During today's attack, a large number of cruise missiles were concentrated on only a few targets – up to three – instead of being distributed across many targets, according to monitoring resources.
Ballistic missiles were also used in a similar way – the main volleys were also concentrated on a limited number of targets.
At the same time, the number of drones used was relatively small compared to previous massive attacks. Enemy monitoring resources suggest this is due to preparations for a separate, large-scale drone attack on western Ukraine.
Ukrainian authorities reported strikes on energy facilities and trading warehouses. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported a massive strike on enterprises involved in the production of Fire Point missiles and drones in several regions of Ukraine.
