**₹10 Carry Bag Complaint Backfires, Man Fined ₹10,000**

A Hyderabad consumer commission dismissed a man’s complaint against Shoppers Stop over a ₹10 carry-bag charge and his ₹4-crore compensation demand. 

Calling the case _frivolous_, it ordered him to pay ₹10,000—₹5,000 to the retailer and ₹5,000 to the Consumer Welfare Fund.
