A former  US Air Force intelligence officer revealed that American intelligence agencies were caught off guard by  India’s 2019 anti-satellite (ASAT) weapons test, which demonstrated India’s capability to destroy satellites in space.

“I was on the phone with our Embassy in India saying what the FCUK is going on. They (India) didn't inform us."
