“AKHILESH BHAIYA’S QUOTA” FOR IAS?

SP leader Rajan Rizvi has been arrested in Mathura for allegedly sending objectionable WhatsApp messages, stalking and harassing a female bank employee.

He allegedly promised to make her an IAS officer through “Akhilesh bhaiya’s quota” once SP came to power.

Mathura Police arrested him from Aligarh.
