After fallout with Chinese parent, chipmaker Nexperia partners with  India's Tata.

Dutch chipmaker Nexperia announced a far-reaching partnership with Tata Electronics on Thursday to manufacture and package computer chips in India, further sealing its split with Chinese parent Wingtech.
