BBC launches an urgent review after a Telegraph investigation found that 53 people it had identified as 'journalists' killed in Gaza were later claimed by Hamas and other groups as members or “martyrs.”

The findings included evidence of combat roles, military attire and involvement in the October 7 attacks. The BBC has confirmed it is reviewing the list following updates by the Committee to Protect Journalists.

This raises serious question on BBC playing set narrative by providing journalist cover to rebel, anti-nationals or dubious characters in countries to destabilise regimes?
