BIG BREAKING: Delhi HC DISMISSES 15 PLEAS over 2020 Delhi Riots & 2019 Jamia Violence.

The Delhi High Court has rejected petitions seeking FIRs against political leaders over alleged hate speeches linked to the 2020 North-East Delhi riots.

The Court also dismissed pleas seeking an independent/SIT probe into the alleged police excesses during the 2019 violence at Jamia Millia Islamia amid anti-CAA protests.

A bench of Justices Vivek Chaudhary and Manoj Jain dismissed the batch of petitions.
