BIG CLAIM IN DISHA SALIAN  DEATH CASE!

Disha Salian’s father’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha has alleged that OFFICERS linked to the then MVA government SYSTEMATICALLY REMOVED CCTV/DVR evidence before it could be preserved.

He points to Sachin Waze, citing the Mansukh Hiren case as a precedent where Waze and others were accused of REMOVING electronic records, DVRs and CCTV footage.
