BIG DECISION BY KERALA HIGH COURT

Kerala HC has REJECTED a Pakistani woman’s plea seeking a visa to ATTEND her brother-in-law’s wedding. 

The Court held that MARRIAGE to an INDIAN CITIZEN does NOT create a vested right to ENTER India or have a visa application processed.
