**BIG:  Ex-TMC MLA Nirmal Ghosh Arrested in RG Kar Case

Former Trinamool Congress MLA Nirmal Ghosh has been arrested in Odisha over the alleged hurried cremation of the RG Kar rape-murder victim.

Police have accused Ghosh of destruction of evidence, criminal conspiracy and forcing a person to carry out an act against their will.

The arrest follows a fresh complaint by the victim's father alleging Ghosh's involvement in the cremation.
