RIOTERS/COCKROACHES WILL BE FORCED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE! 

The French Senate has passed the “Rioters Pay” bill, proposing financial liability for destruction during public demonstrations.

 Up to €10,000 in damages under specified conditions.
 Liability may extend to those who knowingly join groups formed to vandalise or remain after two police dispersal warnings.
 Social media platforms could face blocking or delisting for failing to remove specified content inciting violence within 24 hours of an official request.
 Certain social benefits could be seized to recover unpaid damages.

The bill still needs further legislative approval before becoming law.
