 India has become the world's fourth-largest holder of foreign exchange reserves, reaching a record $785.7 billion and overtaking  Russia.

Russia's international reserves stood at approx $753.5 billion.

India now trails only  China $3,438.3 bn, Japan $1,207.5 bn, and Switzerland $1,095.4 bn, globally.
