BIG: India plans to power the Andaman & Nicobar Islands with at least 5 Small Modular Reactors.  

Scientists are scouting sites, with $2.12 BILLION planned by 2033.

The islands are located near the Malacca Strait, a choke point for 2/3 of global oil trade & nearly half of container traffic.
