BIG LEGAL TROUBLE FOR MAHUA MOITRA 

Bengal Chief Secretary & former CEO Manoj Agarwal, IAS, has sent a ₹10 CRORE DEFAMATION NOTICE to Mahua Moitra over her Oct 3 & 6 X posts calling him “Vote Chor” and “Manoj Uncle”.

He demands a PUBLIC APOLOGY, DELETION of the posts within 24 hours, and a PINNED APOLOGY for 30 days, WARNING of CIVIL and CRIMINAL proceedings under Section 356 of the BNS.
