BREAKING:  Israeli intelligence has information that Turkey is preparing to send offensive and defensive weapons to Syria, including advanced air defenses, i24 and Yediot Ahronoth both report.

Meanwhile Israel is reportedly studying how it could strike Turkish forces without triggering NATO

-Israel Hayom reports officials concluded Article 5 shields Turkish territory but not necessarily Turkish troops stationed in Syria or northern Cyprus

-Netanyahu convened an emergency security cabinet meeting with his defense and intelligence chiefs on Turkey
